- Write down both the inside shoe width and length on a piece of paper that you can take with you when shopping for shoes. These are your insole measurements

11-18-2011- Other Thoughts: These Silicone Insoles work really well for all type of shoes, unlike other type of shoe insoles, I don't need to find bigger shoes for these shoe insoles. They actually give you some cushioning so they feel great on the feet without too much stress in the shoes. I am much taller now!
