• Center your felt design over the fabric. Trace the design exactly and cut out the fabric in the same manner as the felt
• Sew together the fabric and the felt, with the fabric pattern facing out. Sew a small square of clear vinyl over the felt side to cover the window and click wheel of the case
• Fold the felt and fabric over your iPod and trim the excess fabric and felt as necessary. Sew around the perimeter of the iPod
• Make a mark with the Sharpie where the headset jack and the "hold" button should come through the case. Cut around the area with scissors and sew around the seam
