Theory of Operating:
The energy of Q-switched ND: YAG laser can be absorbed by the blue and black melanin.
The melanin will be fragmented so small that they can be metabolized by the lymphatic system or egested out of the body. Thus the tattoo or other pigmentations will be removed without damage to normal tissue. The treatment is safe and convenient without downtime and side effects.

Q-Switched Ruby Lasers:- According to the Mayo Clinic, Q-Switched lasers are the most popular choice for laser tattoo removal. Q-Switched Nd Laser:

Used on its own, the Q-Switched Nd operates at a frequency of 1064 nanometers (nm) and works well for fading dark blue and black tats. Q-Switched Alexandria Laser:
- This laser, introduced a bit later in 1992, runs at a frequency of 755 nm. It works well on green and blue-black tattoos
