I have been taking photos for several years now and I had a SD camera before and got a few scrapes on the LCD screen before. Plus it always drove me crazy with glare. This protector is easy to apply. It has been on for over a month and never shown any signs of coming off. It cuts down glare and has enhanced the colors on the LCD screen too. Its not going to stop a bullet from cracking the screen but at least it adds a little extra something. I like it and its perfect for my needs. I bought two extra for backup.

Should i remove my camera screen protector?
It's your choice. If you keep it on, it will continue protecting your screen from dust and scratches. If you leave it off, it won't protect your screen any more, and your screen will have the dust and scratches that the protector has.

Is it wise to use laminate as a screen protector for a touch screen camera?
I have never heard of doing that, but if u go to most stores u can buy screen protecters that u just cut and then stick on, and they work decently well.

Would you advise putting a Screen Protector over the cybershot touch screen camera?
Yes, that is a good idea for any touch screen device you have, whether Sony, Nikon, Palm Pilot or any of the touch screen cell phones.
