For a customized dress that鈥檚 completely designed and made just for you, such as a wedding gown or special occasion dress, DinoDirect kindly reminds you to check the size chart, color, the processing time to make sure the dress can reach you in time if you need it for a special occasion. Please read the information below carefully:

For Cancellation:
Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment will be eligible for a full refund.
Orders canceled within 1-3 days after payment will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product sales price.
Orders canceled after 3 days of payment will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.

Q: Will my dress exactly match the color I see on your website?

A: There might be a slight difference between the actual dress’s color and what you see in the photo depending on your computer monitor’s display settings.

A:You can change your order within 48 hours after you have paid your order, by contacting DinoDirect Live Support and send an email to us at cs-center@dinodirect.com, if more than 48 hours, we could not change your order any more.

A:If your size fluctuates or you want to modify the dress slightly, we always leave a few inches in the seams so that your local tailor can easily make alterations as needed. Dresses generally have a margin of 1 inches on either side of a seam. Flower detailing, beading or belts/ribbons may limit ability to let a dress out.

A: Simply respond to your confirmation email with the method you would like to change it to.

Q:How to Preserve my Dress?

Other Thoughts: This gown is beautiful and well made. The color is a perfect purple and the crystals add just enough bling to make it festive. I only wish the crystals continued on the back of the bodice. I would definitely purchase this dress again and recommend it to my friends.

Other Thoughts: Great dress. beautiful! the pictures do not do it justice. The sizes are a little small so just go by the measurements that they give you on the chart. I ordered these in purple for my bridesmaids at my wedding and I was very satified.

Other Thoughts: Love, love, love this dress!!! I got it for my matron of honor for my wedding. My colors were silver and blue, and this silver chiffon dress looks even better then the picture on the site. Great price, you can't beat it!
