How to Convert a Wired Mic to a Wireless Mic:
- Traditional wired microphones can now easily be converted into wireless microphones with the addition of specially designed wireless systems. Microphone wireless systems have a transistor that is designed to fit into the base of the microphone without altering the feel or look of the microphone too much. By simply connecting one of these wireless systems, you will be able to walk freely with microphone in hand and without the hindrance of any excess cables.
Instructions:
- Attach the wireless transmitter onto the bottom of the microphone. Attach one end of the patch cable to the input of the wireless receiver and the other end to the public address system's mixing console. Plug the wireless receiver's power supply into a power outlet
- Turn on the PA system and raise the volume level on the channel to which the wireless receiver is connected. Turn on the wireless receiver and turn on the wireless transmitter. Make sure it is working by checking the power LED is lit
- Test the microphone by talking into it. Make sure it is working by checking the power LED is lit. Walk away from the PA system to test its signal strength at different distances

01-05-2011- Other Thoughts: This microphone is so much better when used with Karaoke Revolution games. You don't have to keep adjusting the headset with each different player, you just pass the mic!! Mine worked great until my dog chewed it, so I'll be buying two more to go with the Karaoke Revolution 3 game!! This is an excellent price too!

12-30-2010- Other Thoughts: Mics are solid and heavy for the price very little electronic noise. They need to be held about 2-4 in from the singer or speaker to pick up good sound. I have only used them a week but both came ready to use. You need a pre amp to boost the signal due to very little amplification.

12-17-2010- Other Thoughts: This is a great microphone. Works great. This proves you can get a good microphone at a cheap price. Unlike the previous reviewer, I feel the exact opposite about the sensitivity of the microphone. Perhaps, he/she needs to turn up the volume on their amplifier.

11-17-2010- Other Thoughts: I wanted a product that was durable and that I could easily store when not in use. This was purchased for my Grandchildren to sing when they come to see their Nannie! They absolutely love it! It works very well. It's been dropped a couple of times but continues to work! I would recommend this microphone for anyone that is looking for a good price as well as a good product!
