How to Fix Your MP4 Touch Screen?

• Place the hand towel on a table. Place the MP4 touch screen media device on the hand towel with the LCD screen facing up and the bottom facing you
• Flick an edge of the lint-free cloth across the LCD screen to remove loose dust
• Moisten the end of a cotton swab in the petroleum jelly
• Place the moistened end of the cotton swab on the left edge of the scratch--if the scratch is vertical, place the moistened end of the cotton swab at the top edge of the scratch instead
• Gently press the cotton swab down on the LCD screen while moving it across the length of the scratch--if the scratch is vertical, move the cotton swab down the length of the scratch instead
• Remove the cotton swab once you have reached the other end of the scratch. Dispose of the cotton swab in the trash
• Place a clean edge of the lint-free cloth on the left edge of the scratch if it is horizontal and at the top edge if the scratch if vertical
• Press the edge of the lint-free cloth down gently on the LCD screen while moving along the length of the scratch. Remove the lint-free cloth once you reach the other edge of the scratch
