Since that time, many companies have worked hard to come up with new ways to help people enjoy music on the go. In recent years, companies have expanded beyond music to include portable video on pocket-sized players. You can copy your favorite TV shows to a portable media player to enjoy your show at any time and in any place.

Instructions

• Copy TV Shows to a Portable Media Player Using Windows Media Player
• Open Windows Media Player and create a regular playlist. The playlist should include all of the TV shows you want to copy to your portable media player. You can also include music you want to add to your media player.
• Connect your portable media player to your computer via the player's USB cable.
• Go to the "Start" screen and scroll to the "Tasks." Select the "Sync" option by clicking it. If this is the first time you copy media from the computer to the media player, you need to click "Yes" to start a new sync relationship when the notification box appears.
• Adjust the order of the TV shows on the "manage list" screen by using the up and/or down arrows.
• Copy TV shows to your portable media player by clicking the "Start Sync" option. You can click the "OK" in the Sync Progress notification to work with other programs on the computer during the sync operation.

How to Convert DVD to Portable Media Player?

The Sony PSP is a portable media player/video game console that was released in 2005. It plays MP4 and AVI video files. If you have a large DVD library, you can still watch your movies on the go with your PSP, but you will need to first convert them to the proper PSP format. There are many different programs that can do this, but there are three that are arguably the most efficient

• Download a conversion program (see Resources). Insert your DVD into the computer optical disk drive.
• Install and open Arcsoft MediaConverter and click the "Add video file" button from the main menu. A new window will appear. Click your DVD drive from the list of available drives and click "OK" to load the disk into the program. You will be returned to the main menu. Click the PSP icon on the left side to load the PSP conversion profile. Click "Start" to convert your video.
• Install and open Daniusoft PSP Converter and click the "Load file" button. Find your DVD from the window that appears and select it to load it into the program. Click the "Target path" link and select a place to save the new video. Click "OK" and "Start" to convert your video.
• Install and open DVD Decrypter and click the "Mode" menu at the top of the main menu. Click "IFO" and click the "Tools" menu. Change file-splitting to none. Click the "Stream processing" tab and enable it. Click the first video file under the tab and click the "Destination" icon on the main menu. Click the green arrow to rip the movie to the computer. When the program is finished, install and open PSP Video 9. Click "Video file" and select your video from the window that appears. Name the new video file and click the "Start converting" button to convert your video to PSP.
