How to Solve Issues With USB Game Controller:
Does your pc display messages like "unknown usb device" anytime you plug in ur game controller after it has been installed previously? do you keep restarting the pc and yet no solutions? Then this is the long lasting solution.no need for unnecessary restarting of ur pc.- While the game controller is still plugged in, open device manager (the fastest way is Click 'Start', Click 'Run', then type 'devmgmt.msc' and press 'enter').a dialogue box showing all ur pc hardware should display.(or u can go to control panel, open system,click on the hardware tab and then click device manager.)
- click 'universal serial bus controllers' and then right click 'unknown device' and then click 'uninstall'.the unknown device should be removed from the device manager
- unplug the usb game controller.
- open control panel and right click a blank space and click refresh. Also refresh the desktop.
- wait for 10 secs and then replug the usb game controller.then go to control panel and click game controllers. the usb game controller should be recognized. if it is in the list, then click on it and click properties and make sure it is responding.

01-19-2011- Other Thoughts: I must be another person who got a lucky gamepad, because I haven't had any problems with it at all, and I've used it quite intensively. I was hunting for reasons to give this less than five stars, but considering the price and the fact that it does exactly what it's supposed to do, I have nothing to complain about.

01-11-2011- Other Thoughts: IMO this is a very nice controller. The joysticks spring back to center well. I don't use the D-pad. The game comtroller comes with software and makes a easy install. If you don't care about the rumble force Then this game pad is very nice. I use it for my PC playing DIRT. So much better then my old one. If you have ever played with the PS2 this controller feels about the same. Buttons are easy to program. For PC accessories Logitech seems to be the most reliable. My keyboard, mouse, game controller and speakers are all logitech and none have failed me yet. <br/>If you just want a simple joy stick controller then I would definately recommend this one.

12-09-2010- Other Thoughts: I have enjoyed this, my first PC gamepad; simple to install, easy to learn and easy to navigate. My problems have been basic: fingers get tired after long use, but that is due to "maturity" rather than the device.

11-30-2010- Other Thoughts: this one works fine and come with drivers but does not work on all games and the bottoms are not numbered standard like a logitech. For the money its a good deal but you must have another mainstream controller in case it does not work on all your games of just flat out confusses you with the numbering. check out the gaming section over at [...] and use my amazon store link to purchase items thank you.

11-16-2010- Other Thoughts: I am a huge video game fan and currently play many NES, SNES, Genesis, and Playstation roms on my PC computer. I felt the need to make my PC more similar to the traditional video game consoles and picked this controller up to give me that feel. This Controller does exactly what it is intended to do and not a day goes by where I regret purchasing this controller, you can't beat the price! You can turn the analog on and off and the accuracy is right on. I use this controller for hours at a time on a daily basis and still have nothing to complain about. Make sure to purchase this controller which plugs in directly to your usb it is well worth it!

11-10-2010- Other Thoughts: This controller worked pretty well for a year. It had no problems, did everything a normal controller should do. My only complaint is that it malfunctioned after 4 months of use. Otherwise, like I said, it's very useful, and user friendly.
