• Remove the battery cover on the back of the Wii Remote, and insert two "AA" batteries. Leave the battery cover off.
• Open the Wii's SD Card Slot cover on the front of the system.
• Hit the "SYNC" button inside the SD Card Slot, then hit the "SYNC" button located in the battery compartment of the Wii Remote. Replace the remote's battery cover.
• Wait until the blue LED light on the front of the remote stops blinking. Synchronization is completed.
