I'd really give this camera 3.5 stars. If setup were easier, it would be a solid 4, if it didn't have manual focus 4.5, if all of above were true and the company's manual or website gave decent support, it would be 5 stars because of the low costs but high features.

Although the instructions included with the camera are not very helpful, a little research on the internet was all it took to get it up and running. A little knowledge of computers is a must. Combined with the Trendnet TV-M7 Wireless Camera Monitor it makes a great baby monitor that can also be monitored remotely.

Bought several of these and Panasonics. Night coverage is pretty good with this, but distance is short at night. I really like the PTZ version better, but this is a good camera for the price. Setup with access over the Internet with no problems. Emails me photos when it detects motion. Highly reccomend for remote coverage of a cabin or dog, etc.

Finally one that works. The web cam was extremely easy to setup and it worked well. The video is excellent and the accompanying software is good. I tried another web cam by Linksys and compared to this it was junk. I sent it back. Only difficulty so far is getting the email notification to work. Support is excellent. I would recommend you sign up for free DDNS with [...]. Overall I would definitely recommend this product.
