04-08-2011- Other Thoughts: I bought two of these modems - one for me to replace that died in my 'puter and one for my friend's that died as well. Just took a matter of minutes to download the drives and swap out the old modems for the new. Both work fine and we're both pleased. You can't beat the price!

03-20-2011- Other Thoughts: I am operating a Dell XPS computer with Windows 7 Home Premium OS. The installation was very easy albeit a tight fit into the available slot. Once in, I booted up expecting to see a message that a new piece of hardware was found and then one telling me it was successfully recognized and ready to operate. None of that happened. It just worked beautifully. Even though the box didn't state it was for Windows 7, it is working perfectly.

04-02-2011- Other Thoughts: Installation was easy. My computer found the new hardware right away. This modem seems to transfer data a little bit faster then the last one I had. No problems so far. Good price.

03-17-2011- Other Thoughts: One nice feature of modems is that they include not only a phone-in jack but also a phone-out jack, so you have somewhere to plug your phone into, without using a splitter. The modem installed perfectly (plug and play) with Windows 7.
