For a customized dress that鈥檚 completely designed and made just for you, such as a wedding gown or special occasion dress, DinoDirect kindly reminds you to check the size chart, color, the processing time to make sure the dress can reach you in time if you need it for a special occasion. Please read the information below carefully:

For Cancellation:
Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment will be eligible for a full refund.
Orders canceled within 1-3 days after payment will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product sales price.
Orders canceled after 3 days of payment will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.

Q: Will my dress exactly match the color I see on your website?

A: There might be a slight difference between the actual dress’s color and what you see in the photo depending on your computer monitor’s display settings.

Q: What should I do if the size doesn’t fit me perfectly?

A:If your size fluctuates or you want to modify the dress slightly, we always leave a few inches in the seams so that your local tailor can easily make alterations as needed. Dresses generally have a margin of 1 inches on either side of a seam. Flower detailing, beading or belts/ribbons may limit ability to let a dress out.

Q:How do I upgrade my shipping?

A: Simply respond to your confirmation email with the method you would like to change it to.

Q:How to Preserve my Dress?

A: In order to prevent the dress distorting and yellowing, you can choose professional dust bag to restore.

Other Thoughts: I received this dress very quickly. I ordered it on a Monday and received it Saturday. The fabric is soft and beautiful, I ordered a 2X per the size chart and I had to have it taken out on the top, but not a big deal. I need to post pictures from our wedding to show how beautiful this dress is.

Other Thoughts: I ordered this chiffon prom dress for my very picky teenage daughter for her prom. The gown arrived very quickly. Unfortunately it did not fit her as she would have liked, so I did return it and was promptly refunded. I was very pleased with the excellent service and thought the gown itself looked quite nice. For the price I paid, it was an excellent value.

Other Thoughts: I ordered this dress for my beach wedding. Simple, strapless, just what I wanted. I measured myself and found I was somewhere between a large and medium. I went large and had to send it back because it was too big. I noticed something black on the hem but didn't think too much about it because I was sending it back for a smaller size. Customer service with this company is great. The turn around time was fast and they made it easy. Since this is going to be my wedding dress I wanted to make sure it was perfect.

Other Thoughts: This strapless prom dress is BEYOND perfection. Not only does it fit any body type, but it is simple yet VERY classy. I'm EXTREMELY hard to fit and I was able to pull this out of the box and literally zip it right on. NO ALTERATIONS NEEDED. I'm 5'6" and between a size 16 and 20 depending on what it is. I ordered a 3X and it works perfectly. I would honestly get these for my wedding. The staff was awesome as well. They are very good with the communication. Happy shopping!!!
