For Cancellation:
Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment will be eligible for a full refund.

Other Thoughts: I purchased these dresses as bridesmaid dresses for my upcoming wedding. They came quickly and were all in perfect shape and they are beautiful chiffon prom dress. I did end up needing to exchange a couple of the dresses for different sizes and that transaction went smoothly. PacificPlex was wonderful. Very prompt and courteous in everything. Pros: I loved the colour, the length and the size of the dress, it was absolutely gorgeous when I opened the package and saw my dress inside.
Cons: Certainly ZERO Cons.
Other Thoughts: I can't wait to wear my dress for my prom, everyone with wonder how much it was, not knowing how much of a good price I had got it for. I loved the sequences and beads on the top and back of the dress, it looked really pretty, cute and simple in light pink which was what I was certainly going and hoping for.

Pros: i ordered this dress for my prom, i had never shopped here before however, after ordering, i saw all over google it could day a scam, i was very concerned! however my dress arrived 10 days before the final expected date and fitted beautifully and looks so elegant and expensive when in fact its not.
Cons: the site needs a phone number!

Other Thoughts: I ordered this dress for my beach wedding. Simple, strapless, just what I wanted. I measured myself and found I was somewhere between a large and medium. I went large and had to send it back because it was too big. I noticed something black on the hem but didn't think too much about it because I was sending it back for a smaller size. Customer service with this company is great. The turn around time was fast and they made it easy. Since this is going to be my wedding dress I wanted to make sure it was perfect.
