For Cancellation:
Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment will be eligible for a full refund.
Orders canceled within 1-3 days after payment will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product sales price.

Q: Will my dress exactly match the color I see on your website?

A:If your size fluctuates or you want to modify the dress slightly, we always leave a few inches in the seams so that your local tailor can easily make alterations as needed. Dresses generally have a margin of 1 inches on either side of a seam. Flower detailing, beading or belts/ribbons may limit ability to let a dress out.

Other Thoughts: I purchased these dresses as bridesmaid dresses for my upcoming wedding. They came quickly and were all in perfect shape and they are beautiful chiffon prom dress. I did end up needing to exchange a couple of the dresses for different sizes and that transaction went smoothly. PacificPlex was wonderful. Very prompt and courteous in everything. Other Thoughts: I ordered this dress in black in a 2x (I am normally a 16). It fit really well in the waist and hips and was very flattering to my figure. However, in the bust it was too big. This was surprising because I wear a 36G. I ended up returning it because I found another dress that required less alteration.

Other Thoughts: This is an excellent value. The chiffon prom dress is well made and is made of a matte satin fabric so it doesn't look cheap. The belt detail adds to the look of the dress and would be pretty personalized with a glitzy pin. The dress fit is good. I run in the 8 to 10 dress range and had to order the large, but it fits very well. If you are small in the waist and/or hips, but busty, then go with a bigger size to match your chest measurement. I would definitely recommend this dress for look, price and fit. A good buy!

Other Thoughts: The empire prom dress is really beautiful! Very well finished, and the fabric is good and soft. Especially for this price, it's a great great deal. It does come pretty big though, I ordered one inch smaller from their size chart (I was in between large and medium, and got a medium) and was still big in the chest. Delivery was quick and it had to be pressed or ironed in a dry cleaning place.

Other Thoughts: I received this dress very quickly. I ordered it on a Monday and received it Saturday. The fabric is soft and beautiful, I ordered a 2X per the size chart and I had to have it taken out on the top, but not a big deal. I need to post pictures from our wedding to show how beautiful this dress is.
