For Cancellation:
Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment will be eligible for a full refund.

Q: Will my dress exactly match the color I see on your website?

A: There might be a slight difference between the actual dress’s color and what you see in the photo depending on your computer monitor’s display settings.

A:If your size fluctuates or you want to modify the dress slightly, we always leave a few inches in the seams so that your local tailor can easily make alterations as needed. Dresses generally have a margin of 1 inches on either side of a seam. Flower detailing, beading or belts/ribbons may limit ability to let a dress out.

Other Thoughts: I ordered this dress for my daughter's prom. It arrived quickly and was in excellent condition. All bead work was securely attached. The lace up back and optional panel insert would allow for a wide range of adjustments. My daughter is quite petite so we did not need to use the panel. I did need to hem the length as it was too long even with heels. There were seven layers to adjust, so allow time for this if ordering for someone who is less than 5'5". We were very pleased with our purchase.

Other Thoughts: I was searching for a real "princess" dress for my Senior Prom-and I found it! I wanted something really poofy, sparkly, and attention grabbing. This dress was certainly the one! It's a beautiful color, aptly named "ocean", with gorgeous detailing and many overlapping layers of tulle. I did have to have it tailored, which I had no problem doing, because that's to be expected, when buying online, especially with an item like this. It was a lot longer and poofier than I expected, but since I managed to find a great tailor, all that was taken care of and it ended up fitting like a glove! I felt amazing in this dress and in fact, when I walked into the area where the prom was being held, all eyes were on me. Everyone turned to look. It was the moment I'd been waiting all of high school for! I got a ton of compliments on the dress all night and had an amazing time dancing in it. It also photographs very well. The camera's flash just made the dress sparkle, that much more! Since it is strapless, that might pose some problems, but my tailor adhered an extra strap similar to that of one on a bra to the dress and that held me in all night long. I would recommend looking into adding something like that, to prevent any wardrobe malfunctions. Lol. Overall, I loved this dress and am so glad I bought it for my Prom. It made the night truly magical! Oh, one last thing. The customer service at Pacific Plex was great! They assured me they would get the dress to me in time for my Prom, even though they were out of the product at the time. It was shipped to me very quickly and arrived to me on just in time! :D

Other Thoughts: I was so thrilled when I first put this dress on. I ordered it in the royal blue and It looks even better in person than it does in the picture. When I first ordered it I thought there was a chance of it looking less than classy (thanks to the busty model) but on my smaller frame it looks really great. I'm also putting a black ribbon around the waist to give it that extra little something.
