PS3 Power Save Function:
The power save function on the Playstation 3 is a useful setting that will reduce power usage by the PS3 console
- Function: The Power Save Setting is found in the Playsation 3 cross-media bar under "Settings." When activated, the Power Save Function allows for the PS3 console as well as PS3 wireless controllers to automatically turn off when not in use

What Can Cause a Weak Power Supply for the PS3:

Attempting to fix this problem yourself may void your warranty and could pose a serious hazard to your safety due to the electrical charge stored in the power supply
