- The function of formal wear is to present yourself as done-up, poised and as put together as possible to honor the celebratory nature of an event. Because the word "formal" is usually associated with little black dresses and black-colored tuxedos, darker, more rich colors tend to dominate formal evening wear, though this doesn't have to be the case. Invitations that specify cocktail attire, informal, dressy casual or creative black tie usually afford you more flexibility and do not call for formal evening attire.

10-26-2010- Other Thoughts: The decal comes in a lot of pieces... so just go in order and you'll be fine. If you screw-up, you can peel it off again. It looks great once complete. If you want it to look exactly like the picture, you will have to play around with the placement a little. You'll know what I mean once you start.

11-18-2010- Other Thoughts: Everything was labeled by number and simple. I was worried that the decals may peel off at some point. I put them up one month ago and so far, so good! I love the look and depth it gives to the nursery and I have gotten so many compliments without having to pay someone to paint a faux painting or hang a bunch of pictures on the wall
