How to Protect Digital Cameras?
A digital camera can be a costly investment. If you want to keep your digital camera looking and working like new, protect it by following these tips. - Do not leave your camera unattended in an enclosed vehicle during the hot summer months, where temperatures can reach 150 degrees. When dealing with very cold temperatures, be careful when bringing your camera indoors as condensation can form inside the lens. - Inspect the protective camera case for quality workmanship. Solid stitching on soft cases and the ability to partition the interior is essential. Hard cases need strong welds and reinforced corners and edges to protect against rough handling

10-25-2011- Other Thoughts: I bought this for my PowerShot SD780 IS to provide protection for the camera. Although the case does seem to provide decent protection for the camera, this case is much too large to put in any pocket. This is not a problem for some other models of cameras, but I bought this model because it is stylish and attractive.

11-16-2011- Other Thoughts: I tried several cases for my new camera and this case had the best snug fit for it without being too snug. It will provide a modest level of protection for the camera without adding unnecessary bulk. It is a great camera case.

If you just want to protect your camera from daily wear-and-tear, then I would recommend this case for its semi-rigid body and durable exterior. Also, you should get this case if you want to carry all of your various camera accessories at once.
