How to Measure for Curtains:
Measure Width:
- If you have a pole, measure the distance between the finials (the decorative baubles at the end of a pole)
- If you have a track, measure the total length of the track
Measuring Curtain Drop:- Before you start, you have to decide where you want your curtains to finish. For floor-length curtains, we suggest curtains 1.5cm longer than floor-length. If your floors are uneven, make sure you measure each side of the window and choose the longest measurement. For sill length curtains, we suggest either 15cm below the sill or 1-2cm above it
Measuring Drop for Tab Top and Eyelet:
- For tab top or eyelet curtains, measure the drop from the top of your pole to where you want your curtain to finish. (Please note:tab top and eyelet headed curtains cannot be fitted to a track.)
Measuring Curtain Drop For Pleated Headings (all except Tab Top & Eyelet):- The total drop for pleated headings is measured in 2 parts - the eye drop and the heading height
Part 1. Eye Drop:
- This is the distance from the eye (where the curtain hook attaches) to where you want your curtain to finish
Part 2. Heading Height:- The heading height is the distance from the eye to where you want the top of your curtain to be
- For tracks, we suggest a heading height just above the top of your track so that it is not visible above the top of the curtain
- For poles, we suggest a heading height from 2cm above the eye to just above your curtain pole according to your own taste. Curtains will hang best with a smaller heading height

05-20-2011- Other Thoughts: love them! the color is awesome! pretty much looks like the image. They block out a good amount of light. So far i feel like its been keeping the heat in which is also what i needed. <br/>The curtains are absolutely wonderful. They are full and SOFT. I have had other blackout curtains that were always very stiff, these hang beautifully. We are very happy with them.

04-30-2011- Other Thoughts: These are everything promised- they block light from coming in. The fabric is soft, not at all stiff. Also, the customer service is good; I got them shipped to me very quickly. I got the orange curtains the the color closely matches what you see pictured here. <br/> <br/>I noticed the pictures show different hanging styles. (Some show rings while others show a rod pocket.) The ones I got have hidden tabs- which is really the easiest style for hanging. <br/> <br/>All in all I am satisfied with the purchase!

04-11-2011- Other Thoughts: I have owned these curtains for both summer and winter weather and could not be happier! I am annoyed by street lights at night shining into my windows, even with blinds closed. With these curtains, I cannot see the hand in front of my face! Also, they greatly reduce heat coming into my apartment during the summer and greatly retain heat inside my apartment during winter. I would buy these again and would not hesitate to recommend to friends or family.

03-31-2011- Other Thoughts: I would say these curtains are great value. My room is at least 5-10 degrees warmer after putting up these curtains. <br/>More importantly, I've been sleeping better because it blocks out at least 80-85% of the light source. Great buy!
