Size in Detail:

NOTE:
- Gold and silver jewelry will naturally oxidized black, do not wear it when bathing. If oxide black, Wipe it with toothpaste
925 Sterling silver:

- Sterling silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% by weight of silver and 7.5% by weight of other metals, usually copper. The sterling silver standard has a minimum millesimal fineness of 925
The Facts:
- By nature, pure silver is a soft metal and can't be used to produce functional products for everyday use. However, by alloying the pure silver with another metal, most commonly copper, 925 sterling silver is created. When combining 92.5 percent pure silver with 7.5 percent copper, silversmiths then have an affordable, durable medium for jewelry, silverware and gift items that still maintains the shiny, white beauty of pure silver. Other than copper, sterling silver can also be made of zinc, nickel, geranium or platinum
Identification:

- Before buying a piece of silver jewelry or a gift, take a moment to verify the authenticity of the investment. Simply by looking inside a ring,on the clasp of a necklace or on the back of a frame or spoon, you can easily guarantee that you are buying "the real thing." As regulated by the United States' Federal Trade Commission, all silver products that are classified as sterling silver will be inscribed or stamped with the hallmark "925." Items must contain a minimum of 92.5 percent pure silver in order to be called "sterling" by government standards. A professional jeweler will be able to point out these markings

Considerations:

- Silver buyers should be aware that over time, silver pieces will tarnish--especially on items that are left in open air or are frequently touched, such as candlesticks or platters. Most fine jewelers sell silver polishing cloths and silver cleaners especially designed to remove these stains. Some liquid silver cleaning products even recommend leaving your silver jewelry to soak overnight for hassle-free cleaning. By polishing or soaking frequently, you avoid buildup, and your sterling silver maintains its original luster
Ways to Keep Silver Jewelry Bright:
- Take a soft child's toothbrush and dry brush the silver jewelry first to remove any loose surface dirt and grime. Work the brush in a small circular motion, as you would when showing a kid how to brush his back teeth. Gently go over the entire peice, making sure that you get the bristles in-between all the stones and in any engravings or inlays to clean them out. This is why you should use one meant for kids rather than adults; the smaller head makes it easier to maneuver the bristles into all of the tiny crevices of your peices
- Rinse the piece thoroughly under clear running water to remove any additional particles that you may have loosened by brushing it. Turn it over and over under the faucet to make sure that it runs through every crevice. Shake it dry
- Add a small amount of dish soap to warm water in a bowl. Once again, take your soft toothbrush and dip it into the soapy water. To keep silver jewelry bright in between professional cleanings, gently go over the entire surface cleaning every small crevice. Use the same circular motions that you used when dry brushing it to get in-between the stone mountings and into any engravings or inlays.Repeat step two
- Hold the piece up to the light (natural sunlight works best) to see if there is any leftover gunk that you may have missed. Turn it around to examine every inlay and stone. If it looks to still be dirty in any area, repeat step 3 as many times as neccessary
- Clean the the toothbrush well by rinsing it under clear running water, using your fingers to gently separate the bristles to remove any accumulated dirt and grime. Shake it dry
- Squeeze a small amount of a non-abrasive and non-whitening toothpaste onto the head of the brush. In the same circular motions that you first used for cleaning, go over the piece well
- Rinse the piece under clear running water until all the toothpaste residue is gone. Once again, examine it under the light to be sure that you got it all. Shake it and then let it air dry the rest of the way
- Take a soft rag and rub the piece to remove all the water spots. The trick on how to keep silver jewelry bright in-between professional cleanings is to a buff it to a shine after using this method to clean the pieces yourself

12-21-2010- Other Thoughts: I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful these are in person. Much more so than the picture gives them credit for. They are solid, yet lightweight. Definitely a classy piece of jewelry.

11-11-2010- Other Thoughts: All of the charm beads I received from bundle monster are well crafted and beautiful. the antique silver charms are less heavy than i thought they would be but still very nice. They arrived in a timely fashion and when a few showed up broken they sent more. They actually sent more than were broken. I feel their customer service is excellent and the quality too.

12-17-2010- Other Thoughts: Affordable and good quality for the price. I also bought the beads from the same seller. I'm able to make couple of bracelets out of these sets for a fraction of what I would have to pay at the mall. Can't beat the deal.
