How to Clean Car Floor Mat:
Floor mats accumulate a lot of dirt and debris. With regular maintenance and cleaning, however, you can keep your car floor mats looking new. Read on to learn how to clean car floor mats.- Remove the mats from your vehicle. Shake them thoroughly to remove loose debris.
- Lay the mats on the ground and vigorously sweep them to remove accumulated dust. After sweeping, shake the mats out one more time to remove any additional loose debris.
- Hang the mats on a clothes line with close pins. Make sure that they are firmly secure before proceeding on to the next step.
- Pour 1 tbsp. of laundry detergent for every cup of warm water into the hose container attachment. Attach the container to the hose.
- Spray the floors mats down with the detergent mixture. Use the scrub brush between sprays to loosen any embedded debris.
- Remove the container attachment from the hose. Use fresh water to rinse detergent and loosened debris from the floor mats.
- Allow the floor mats to dry for several hours before placing them back into your vehicle.
Tips & Warnings:
- Using warm water with the detergent will help remove dirt more effectively.
- Don't use hot water if you have wool floor mats.

05-30-2011- Other Thoughts: These are good cause they have the nubs on the back so they don't slide around like the cheapos from Walmart. Hell, I got some from walmart for the same price and they didn't include a right side mat. Just 2 of the same left side mats. Junk. I'll get these next time.

05-18-2011- Other Thoughts: They dont exactly fit my Van (Sienna) but I still like them cause they look nice, not very bulky and sufficient enough to protect our OEM carpet. The nibbed backing is pretty dependable, my old one just kept moving around when we climbed in and out, this one seems to grip well and stay in place. For the price and quality, I would certainly recommend it.

05-02-2011- Other Thoughts: i bought these for my 2009 honda fit. they don't "fit" exactly (no pun intended) but they work fine. the official honda ones would probably work a bit better but they also cost 10 times as much. <br/> <br/>also, i like that these are rubber and easy to clean. just hose em off.

04-21-2011- Other Thoughts: These mats were perfectly fine for what I was looking for, and the price is fitting. They are decent quality and I have no specific complaints. They fit a little funny in my Passat despite trimming them, but they sure look better than the 10-year-old ones I had before.

04-05-2011- Other Thoughts: These Car Floor Mat are a perfect match for my 07 Honda Fit, no trimming, and they look great, they are also thick and thus I anticipate durable. They do give off a strong odor for a few days, but it wasnt vomit inducing, lol. Overall I am very impressed with these mats, considering what the dealer offers in so much as price and quality.
