03-09-2011- Other Thoughts: These look better in person- are true to picture on Dinodirect, but do not expect any kind of protection for a wood table. I wouldn't advise putting anything even remotely hot on these mats.

01-31-2011- Other Thoughts: I know many stores carry these types of Kitchen Placemats. However, these mats are made of a finer quality. The ones I ordered were considered red. However, the Table Placemat is a very interesting, and beautiful place mat. It looks great with my stainless steel <br/>appliances and dinette set. I liked these mats so much, I dressed them up with lovely cloth napkins, creatively folded in a weathered stainless steel napkin ring.
