Simple play and charge kit, works as needed but sometimes reports incorrect battery status. I've noticed these cables have problems reporting the correct battery recharge level and will report at times the battery is fully charged when they clearly are drained and vice-versa.

One of the biggest issues with Xbox 360 controllers is that they only come with AA batteries, and not a rechargeable battery pack.

This is worth the price you pay here at Amazon. <br/>The length you get out of the battery will vary from person to person and how they use it, how often etc etc. <br/>I would like to comment on some other things that you may find helpful in your decision to purchase this.

works. the battery lasts forever. charger recharges. price is right. half the price of the quick charge kit, only a few dollars more than 1 battery. includes a battery and allows you to play in case the battery runs dead.

  • You will not use the controller with the wired connection, believe it or not, only the wireless controller will work, but you have to buy a piece of accessory called the wireless gaming receiver, to pair the controller with the PC.

  • Sorry to say, but they only charge the battery pack it comes with...if you try to charge regular batteries theirs a chance that they'll explode or destroy the controller.

  • I am pretty sure it is called the wireless headset charge cable and i am also pretty sure you cant buy it without buying a brand new headset unless you use websites like craigslist then just search xbox 360 wireless headset and they might have it.
