How to Use an Ergonomic Wrist Rest?

• Put the wrist rest between you and the keyboard if you have a straight across keyboard. Most wave shaped keyboards don't work with a standard wrist rest

• Put the mouse wrist rest between you and the mouse. Your mouse should be directly to the side of your keyboard, on the same level

• Don't use a wrist rest with a mouse that's moulded to the shape of the hand with the hand on the desk. Roller ball mice that you manipulate with your thumb are particularly incompatible with wrist rests
