Key Figures- While he did not invent the original water gun, Lonnie G. Johnson is credited as the inventor of the Super Soaker. Johnson and his partner Bruce D'Andrade were granted a patent in 1991 for the Super Soaker prototype they created in 1989. According to the shelter, you should squirt the clawing cat while it is in the act without letting it see you do the squirting. The cat will associate clawing, rather than the owner, with the negative response

- Water guns are essentially a type of toy gun, and this may cause concerns for some parents and child educators. Dr. Alvin Poussaint and Susan Linn, authors of "Toy Guns: Just Fun and Games?" encourage parents not to buy toy guns for their children because it sends the message that they approve of violence

01-02-2011- Other Thoughts: Let me just say that when I saw this Water Gun on one of the Tech/Geek sites I frequent everyday, I just had to have one! Why? because it takes me back to my youth. I know they aren't the exact toys nor even the same company (Search Entertech Water Guns) but the principal is the same. Motorized Water Guns with working clips and "lock-n-load" feel to them. <br/>With that said, I must say they take me right back. Even as an adult, I laughed so hard when the motor started pumping the water! All those memories came flooding back. Now that I have kids, I had to introduce the gun to the next generation. It's just as fun as it was before. My boys and I enjoyed it thoroughly. I ordered 2 more :)

02-21-2011- Other Thoughts: Actually bought the water gunr to scare the neighbors cats away from our many bird feeders; this thing really works and it does it without harming the animals. We needed something that would go over 50 ft and this toy does the job.

01-31-2011- Other Thoughts: This water gun is epic i had a blast with it,the idea and feel of it makes it soo much fun,a few problems is that the range isnt too good and it comes with only one clip,if it came with two it would double the fun but i stil give it an outstanding ovation for those kids/teens who want to live out for a moment war this is a great tool(imagination required), the Best Water Gun!

01-06-2011- Other Thoughts: The size is perfect, you feel like you are holding a Spetnez (sp?) version of the AK. <br/>- The clip is secure and held by positive engagement. <br/>- The weight is nice and feels good for a kid/immature grown up like me :) <br/> <br/>All in all, I had a blast this evening and can't wait for the next two units to arrive.

01-20-2011- Other Thoughts: It's a very fun and easy to use Water Gun. I like how it shoots separate streams of water making each shot an individual shot like a real gun. My two brothers and I love to play water wars with them. We received them on Easter and they are still in tact after much use from our friends as well. The way it loads is really cool too because you have to take the cartridge out and fill it with water. The cartridge never falls out on its own either. I'll say that it's the best water gun I've ever had and the best I will probably ever have. This brand beats the super soaker brand any day, too. My mom agrees.
