I have just received this dress which was posted to Australia. I would like to say that the dress is perfect, packaging was excellent, workmanship is excellent, size is perfect, delivery was really quick, customer service was excellent, however I cannot wear this dress and am thoroughly disappointed as THE ZIP IS NO GOOD IT KEEPS JAMMING, THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKED BEFORE THE DRESS LEFT THE FACTORY. WHEN I LAY

I purchased this dress for my wedding dress. I am extremely over the moon with the dress from the fit to the sewing/finish. Was nervous as I have never ordered clothing off the internet but can strongly recommend Light in the Box! I am now looking at flower girl dresses for my 2 daughters to purchase from here.

As I posted before, I had an issue with the zipper. Light in the box contacted me right away and we have resolved the issue within 24 hours. I am so very pleased with their service. I will be shopping from the website frequently from now on as I have been so impressed. This is an amazing dress, if your thinking about purchasing it, I highly recommend it.

We ordered this dress in Burgundy for my Matron of Honour.
<br/>We ordered a standard size and the dress arrived within 16 business days.
<br/>The dress is very well made and as others have noted, runs a little small.
<br/>Also, the burgundy colour is more of a berry colour - not dark enough to be called burgundy.
