• This is a great camera and camcorder. The daytime pictures and mp4 clips come out good and is comparable to the more expensive Sony. Nighttime/indoor pictures are okay. If you want a camcorder that captures to a memory card instead of DVD or tapes, then this is the one with an affordable price and quality. The size is small enough to slip into your pocket so you don't need to carry a camcorder bag around with you all the time.

• Great price with fast shipping. The camcorder came in the original box with no extra packaging. The box was beat up badly by UPS however the contents did survive and everything was in working order. I give Dinodirect.com high marks on all but the packing job.

Sometimes problems do arise, usually being the fault of the supplier or manufacturer, but Dinodirect.com always comes through and does everything to ensure a customer is satisfied and happy. I have been shopping with Amazon.com for many, many years and will continue to do so. Sometimes it is better to pay a bit more for peace of mind. • I consider myself an amateur photographer, and would probably be willing to spend more hours looking for the 'right' equipment than doing my homework. Now, that was the case when I purchased this powerful digital video camera. One more note, the camera feels great in my hands and it's very easy to use. I was quite familiar with the Canon menus, so it might have been easier for me to use it, but I'm sure you can learn fast how to master this camera

I ordered a combo items in order to get a reduced price on the second items but when I checked out, it charged my card for the full amount instead of the discounted amount. I emailed the company and in less than 24 hours had a response back stating that they would be crediting the difference of the discounted price back to my charge card.
