How to Install a Car Power Inverter:

• Park the vehicle and open the hood. Disconnect the battery by loosening the positive cable with a wrench and pulling it free with your hand
• Mount the power inverter. Pick a location which will allow plenty of air flow around the inverter as they heat up when used. A typical mounting location is on the lower kick panel in the passenger side of the vehicle under the dash
• Wire the inverter. Run a length of wire from the positive side of the inverter to the car's battery by running the wire through a grommet in the firewall
• Connect the wires. Connect the new positive and negative wires to the wires coming from the inverter to the wires you installed into the vehicle by placing terminal ends on the wires and crimping them in place in the same manner as the positive wire at the battery

• This works great in the car we can plug the laptop and ipod in. It is super quiet it has a small bit of humming for the fan but it works great.

• I wanted an inverter with a cable connector because the power outlets (I guess we don't call the "cigarette lighters" anymore, do we?) in my car are hidden away in storage bins and the center console. It would be impossible to plug in a blocky, all-in-one, inverter.

• Love the product, especially being able to use the usb feature, which eliminates the need for multiple chargers when traveling...overheats when plugged in too long and the fan is a little noisy, other than that, still a good product, gets the job done.

• This device is perfectly doing what it is supposed to do. It either works from cigarette lighter or directly from the battery heads, very powerfull. It beeps when car is not running to remind you that it is using car's battery and shuts off automatically when battery is low before it dies. It brings the comfort of your home to your car

• We bought this power inverter to power our daughters nebulizer and a t.v. and playstation for the kids on road trips. The only problem we had with it is when your using over 150 watts power you are supposed to hardwire it. That requires additional wiring. Other than that it is an excellent product at an excellent

• I bought this item a few months ago and I love it. Provides enough power to run my laptop and GPS at the same time (I have my GPS hooked up to the USB port and laptop hooked up to the AC port). I Have had no problem with it whatsoever. I would highly recommend it.
