Instructions:


  • Mount the transmitter into hot shoe of camera
  • Connect the receiver with the flash light
  • Press half-way of shutter button to wake up the flashgun at the same time, the green signal light will be bright for some seconds
  • Fully press shutter button to fire the flashgun and take a picture

How to Test Your Remote Control:


  • We've all been there. You go to use your tv, dvd, satellite remote and nothing happens. It's probably the battery right? So..you change the batteries and still nothing. Now what? Buy a new remote (headache)..try different batteries. I'll make it easy for you
  • There's an incredibly easy way to tell if your infrared remote control (which just about everything uses) is bad or not
  • IR (infrared) remote controls use IR led' s to transmit coded pulses which your media device detects. Those pulses are invisible to the human eye because infra red light operates in a range of light the human eye can't sense
  • But guess what can? Your digital camera, cell phone camera and video camera
  • Follow along and in under a minute you'll know whether to replace the batteries or replace a bad remote. Cool stuff ;)
  • First turn on your digital camera and take a look at the front of your remote with it through its display. This is the front of a Direct TV remote
  • Now press any of the buttons on the remote while still looking through your camera. You should see flashing blue or purple pulses...amazing
  • I did the same with my Samsung TV's remote. If you see the flashes but they're very weak, you may need fresh batteries. If you have new batteries but see no pulses, it's time to get a replacement
