• I discovered dinodirect.com not that long ago; however, during this short period of time (about 2 months) I have become a regular customer. The prices on this site are always almost the lowest anywhere. I am giving this company a 5 because not their products are almost always a best bargain but for a responsive customer service. Despite of their strict refund policies, they will accomodate a loyal customer, whenever possible, even at the cost of losing already slim profit margins. The only thing I want improved and I hope owners and/or management will take in consideration is more detailed characteristics of products they sell. In general I am happy with products and service of this nice web shop.

I ordered a combo items in order to get a reduced price on the second items but when I checked out, it charged my card for the full amount instead of the discounted amount. I emailed the company and in less than 24 hours had a response back stating that they would be crediting the difference of the discounted price back to my charge card. I was very pleased that they handled this matter so promptly and honestly. Excellent customer service!

• I'm happy with the quality of this Santa Claus dress. The XL fits me well and I typically wear a size 10\12. It's a little loose, so a size 14 would probably also be able to wear it. I feel i am so sexy when iam wearing it. Honey dress.

• This outfit is too cute. I am a size 6 and bought sz large because I made the mistake once before of buying a costume sz medium only to have it be a tad tight. This outfit is made of stretchy material. I could have gotten a medium and it would have been okay. Even so, it fits fine. I adore it. I am 5' 4" and it looks good on me. In the picture, it looks satin but is crushed velvet. I adore this outfit, and I bet my fiance will adore it too. ;)
