• My nephew loved the ATM I got him for Xmas. He likes its features and the security - he doesn't have to keep all his gift money in wallets in his room. Its all locked up inside!
  
  The only thing that is a touch confusing is that when you insert bills - you need to enter the amount of each bill one at a time, rather than putting all of the bills in and then entering the total amount.

• The only down side i would say is that it isn't like an atm, where you can withdraw money by pressing buttons. In order to withdraw money you need to use the ATM-card key, and open the front door.
  
  Other than that, this item is terrific!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  My daughter who is 6 years old, looooves this item.
  It helps her to keep track of her money. Especially change, it counts it for her, it can be a pain, if you put in tons of penny's but kids love to do that stuff anyhow.

• I discovered dinodirect.com not that long ago; however, during this short period of time (about 2 months) I have become a regular customer. The prices on this site are always almost the lowest anywhere. I am giving this company a 5 because not their products are almost always a best bargain but for a responsive customer service. Despite of their strict refund policies, they will accomodate a loyal customer, whenever possible, even at the cost of losing already slim profit margins. The only thing I want improved and I hope owners and/or management will take in consideration is more detailed characteristics of products they sell. In general I am happy with products and service of this nice web shop.

• This item is great for teaching the basics on how to save your money. My 9 year old son enjoys the ability to have his own password and the ability to deposit money and withdraw money just as if he is at the bank. He has even figured out a way to use the atm machine as a place to store his gift cards as well. Great idea, and I highly recommend it.

• For younger kids, it seems a little too tedious to enter deposit amounts (for each bill) and withdrawal amounts so ours have never been able to accurately track how much is in it. Plus there's no way for them to track how many Reece's or Hershey bars are stashed away in it. But they do enjoy making deposits and withdrawals and counting how much they have in it. One word of advice - watch out for your credit cards. Both my sons promptly lost the fake cards that comes with it and you need to insert a credit card in the slot to activate the ATM. So when my Amex went missing, it didn't take long to figure out where it was.

I ordered a combo items in order to get a reduced price on the second items but when I checked out, it charged my card for the full amount instead of the discounted amount. I emailed the company and in less than 24 hours had a response back stating that they would be crediting the difference of the discounted price back to my charge card. I was very pleased that they handled this matter so promptly and honestly. Excellent customer service!
