• We have had no major issues with the two iPhone microphone speaker headphones.
  However, initially I had to twist the jack in order for some white noise to go away. I haven't experienced this issue since the first few times of use.

• Not as good as Apple's original earphones but the best among equivalent copies at a fraction of the original price. No volume control on the remote, but click and double-click work for play/stop, answer calls and skip song.
