I had a couple of unopened ink cartridges left over that were to an old postage meter we recently upgraded and they allowed me to return them for store credit and I used that store credit to purchase new ink cartridges for the new meter. No hassle no worries. The store credit was available within a few days. The shipping on my orders are fairly prompt. I have been ordering from these guys for a while now and I plan to keep doing business with them in the future.

• I am very pleased with their service. I ordered a combo items in order to get a reduced price on the second items but when I checked out, it charged my card for the full amount instead of the discounted amount. I emailed the company and in less than 24 hours had a response back stating that they would be crediting the difference of the discounted price back to my charge card. I was very pleased that they handled this matter so promptly and honestly. Excellent customer service!

• I bought this to record the calls of a particular person. It has worked great so far. It uses regular cassette tapes. If you press the record/play keys it will record everytime the receiver is turned on or you can press record for each call you want to record. The playback is good. Fantastic one for you.

• An excellent tool for telephone recording. The voice comes out clear and distint. Obviously you have the inconvenience of having to deal with a cassette but it definitely serves the purpose without having the expense of a digital unit. It's well worth the price.

• They had fantastic customer service with domestic employees so they were completely understandable and friendly. Took the item I ordered a little longer than I would have liked to shipped, but that was because it was over-ordered because of a price mistake, coupled with the fact that their online inventory is not live with their warehouse. They honored their mistake which gives them a huge thumbs up. Just one piece of advice if you are a potential buyer... just register when you order. If you do not register, you cannot track your order online "for security purposes." Otherwise, their online support is detailed and updated like most other large sites.
