How to Fix Casio Camera Battery Charging Error:

• Insert the battery that came with the camera into the battery charger unit. Use the battery charger unit that came with the camera and verify that the polarity is correct. The plus and minus icons on the battery should match that on the charger. Plug the charger into a power outlet and allow 180 minutes for the battery to charge
• Look at the charge light on the charger. If the light is illuminated red, the battery is being charged. If it's off, the battery is charged. If the light is flashing red, there is a battery charging error
• Remove the battery from the charger if the light flashes red. Then remove the power cable and clean the contacts on both the battery and the charger. Wipe them with a soft cloth and try to charge the battery again
• Place the charger and battery in your pocket for 10 minutes if the ambient temperature is cold and the red light continues to flash. The charger may be too cold. Try to charge the battery again
• Move the charger and battery out of the sun and into the shade or into an air conditioned environment if the ambient temperature is warm. The charger may be overheating. Allow the charger to cool down and try to charge the battery again

• I used this SAMSUNG Battery Charger on a recent trip abroad. It seemed to work, but it did not charge the batteries to their full capacity. The car charging cable is a nice touch and the size of the unit is great. It just needs to charge the batteries to their full capacity.

• I've charged my SAMSUNG battery about 10 times with this Digital Camera Battery Charger so far. It seems to work just as well as the original charger, but it's more convenient to carry around because the plug folds up into the housing (unlike the Nikon charger, which requires you to carry a long cord).

• original charger from SAMSUNG died under foreign 220 v. nice replacement Battery Travel Charger and might be nice to have a car charger as well as the flip out wall plug on back.

• I bought this SAMSUNG Battery Charger to charge my camera battery while on the road but so far I've only used it on AC. The picture or product description doesn't tell that it's also 120Vac capable. There is a 2 prong AC plug that hinges out from the back. It seems to be pretty nice quality also.

• My old camera eats through batteries like there's no tomorrow. The LCD is always on while you're tinkering around with either photos or video, so I decided to get a spare battery and this Battery Travel Charger too boot. Works as it should in the car, but it also has fold out prongs for the wall socket, so it now I have spare wall charger as well. Good deal!

• This is a nifty product. It is compact and comes with a European adaptor and car charging plug. This charger works great for my SAMSUNG camera battery. I had to replace the original charger that I lost. I like that it came with a cord to charge in the car as well. Amazing deal for the price.

• I bought this Digital Camera Battery Charger to have the ability to charge batteris in the car when out shooting pictures. the charger is much easier to use than the stock charger, which is only capable of 120 v. I wanted a charger that was dual voltage and portable. I have used this charger regulary and it is both quick and easy to use. The charger has charging lights that turn from red to green when the charge is complete. Great buy for the money and much better suited if you travel, or need to use the 12v to re-charge a battery.
