How to Connect a Camcorder to a TV & VCR:

• Connect the camcorder to the VCR by plugging the composite cables from the three output jacks on the camcorder to the three input jacks on the front panel of the VCR, matching the yellow, whiter and red plugs to the colors on the jacks. If the camcorder uses a USB connection, plug in the USB adapter to the camcorder, then connect the composite cables to the jacks on the other side of the adapter. This connection is used to record audio and video from the camcorder to the VCR
• Attach a second set of cables from the VCR's AV OUT or Playback jacks on the back of the component to the AV IN jacks on the back of the TV. Again, match the plugs to the jack colors. This connection is used to play back videotapes on the VCR for enjoyment on the TV
• Connect the third set of composite cables from the VCR's AV IN or Record jacks to the AV OUT jacks on the TV. This connection is used to record regular television programming to the VCR
• Press the VCR remote control "Input" button to toggle between the two input connections, either the camcorder or the TV. If the camcorder is connect to Input 2, press the "Input" button until "Input 2" appears on the TV screen
