• I did not look here before ordering and was wondering if I had made a mistake. After my trying i found the items were very low priced and had free shipping. I was surprised that the items arrived quicker than I was expecting (shipped from Hong Kong) and actually work like they should. • This is a fantastic flashlight. The metal housing is very strong, and all the parts move perfectly. The distance-focus control works by sliding the flashlight head in or out to allow quick adjustments. The high-power lighting mode on the narrow focus can project a beam about as far as I can see. I highly recommend it.

• You need to be careful where you shine this thing. If you shine it on something too close it can give you those nice big bright spots when you close your eyes. It will put a good light on something 50 yards away. I'm not sure I like the button on the rear of the device. You have to change hand position to turn it on and then adjust the beam. Using one hand, of course. I do really like the beam adjustment. MUCH better than the twisting of a Maglite. Very smooth. When the beam is wide it is not uniform in brightness. It is a little darker in the center. Also, I thought the grip would have more traction. It's actually quite smooth. All in all, I'm happy with it.
