• I was kind of scared of what people were saying, that this didn't work but it actually works on my iPod. It's a standard iPod Charger that I wanted and needed. Works perfectly and no problems. So if you need to get the USB, get this one!

• Charging and syncing with iTunes both worked with this cable (iPod classic 80gb). The cable does seem to be a little sluggish to me but it gets the job done and its cheap so Im not complaining.

• I really didn't feel like paying what Apple asks for their iPod/iPhone cords, so I bought a couple of these. They work fine, but the end that goes into the iPod/iPhone is a little larger & klunkier than Apple's low profile plug. This means that if you're trying to plug it into an iPhone or iPod Touch that is wearing a case, it might not fit all the way through the opening at the bottom of the case, causing it to not "click" in and lock all the way. At least this has been my experience.
