How to Lose Weight With Home Body Wraps:
- Apply the lotion that comes with your body wrap kit to your skin. Do this in areas such as the stomach, buttocks, thighs and upper arms where the body jiggles. The lotion should not be applied very thickly. Only apply it in the consistency of soap or lotion. Rub it in evenly all around the areas you are applying it
- Submerge the bandages in water for about 30 minutes, so they will be soft and malleable. This step can be skipped, but it will be more comfortable if the bandages are soft when they are put on. Make sure they are not too wet, otherwise they will wash the lotion from your body or possibly seep into your skin and deactivate them
- Wrap the bandages around all areas where lotion was applied, making sure the bandages are soft and moist but not soaking wet. The bandages should be wrapped evenly, so as to avoid discomfort
