• I used it several times a day for a few minutes at a time on my shoulder and back trigger points. However, in retrospect, now that I have compounded my pain issues by adding tennis elbow (I do not play tennis) to my repertoire of ailments, I think it should be considered a tool that someone else uses to help you, and not one to use on yourself.

• OK. When I bought this massager, I sort of scoffed at the idea of it being too heavy. Of course it has to be heavy because it does have a powerful and effective pounding type massage. It is absolutely a high quality product, and it does work great.

• I like strong massagers, and the Dolphin Vibrating Handheld Whole Body Massager does do the job. I also use it on my neck and head. It doesn't catch my hair. The only downfall to this massager for me is the cord. The cord is a little short.
