My husband actually wanted this and I just wanted a basic cannon camera, but I'm glad he got it! Takes excellent pictures and videos. Also is very light weight but not in that cheap electronic way. It is also very easy to figure out how to use it. Simply has a mode button for camera or camcorder and has more in depth touch screen options as well. Another thing that great about this item is that it automatically adjusts itself to take the best picture according to lighting in the room and focusing on faces etc. It’s also very compact. It’s not big like most video cameras...actually not much bigger than a camera itself. Great Product!:)

Works just fine! Camera is slightly small for big hands, strap does not expand enough & wide & zoom switch is difficult to operate because of this. Overall I am very satisfied with the camera. The ability to zoom in from far away and the lack of shaking features are really nice. Audio recording is good also. Would (and have) recommended this camera to friends and family.
