How to Make Scented Soaps:

• Cut glycerin into small chunks. Melt glycerin in glass or plastic measuring cup in microwave
• Add your favorite fragrance (essential oil). Popular soap scents are vanilla, orange, lavender, strawberry, mint and cinnamon
• Pour into mold. To make fun objects float in the soap, pour mold 1/3 full, add object and continue pouring. Or try some goodies straight from the kitchen. Oatmeal is great for soothing irritated skin, cinnamon has gentle antiseptic properties and unbrewed coffee grounds are good for absorbing odors
• Allow to cool (stick mold in the fridge if you're impatient) and pop that soap out

How to Make Rose Soap:

• Prepare the mold. You can either buy commercial craft molds designed for soap or just use a wooden box like those for wine. Spray the mold lightly with cooking oil. This helps release the soap when cooled
• In a non-reactive pan that you will not use for food, heat the melt and pour soap until it liquifies.Use a low flame, stirring constantly
• Add 12 to 15 drops of rose oil so that the soap has the amount of intensity desired. Stir thoroughly. Add the rose petals, making sure they are evenly dispersed
• Pour into the mold and cool overnight. The next day, turn over the mold and tap it gently. Your soap is ready to cut, polish and wrap. Just spray the soap with a little rubbing alcohol and rub with a soft cloth to get a shiny appearance

• I have a bar of Mistral soap in the Wild Blackberry scent and, I kid you not, I take a good, deep whiff of it every night before bed. It relaxes my senses. The scent is just divine. And, when I finally unwrap it to use in the shower, I know it'll be fabulous there too as I've used other Mistral soaps previously. These soaps are wonderfully scented and long lasting. Enjoy!

• This is the best smelling soap. Don't even need a scented body lotion when you use this soap even though it is subtle. Stays with you all day. I always feel refreshed when I use this soap and get compliments.

• I love this soap because it is moisturizing. Usually I use shower creams or gels but I got tired of dealing with a pouf to lather them up. This soap does not leave a sticky residue and is very moisturizing. It does have the exfoliating flakes in it. I don't think they really help, but I don't mind them.

• Usually I buy soley flower frgrances but this wonderfully rich non drying soap leaves a wonderful clean floral non cloying fragrance on my skin and in the bathroom that both women and men would like. The bar also lasts along time.

• I received a bar of Mistral Lychee Rose for a birthday gift. I have since bought several bars and utilize it almost daily. Normally, I mix between gels, bars, etc... for a different shower experience. No more! I found the Mistral bars to be long lasting, don't split or crack and carry the same strength of fragrance to the last sliver. The value and the overall shower experience outweighs the cost for me.

• This is my favorite soap in the world. A new bar will scent my bathroom for weeks, and the scent lingers on my skin as well. The soap is gentle and long-lasting. I recommend it highly.
