Wool:

• Wool is highly flame resistant, and frequently used for mattresses and rugs for that reason. It is also highly durable, able to stretch up to 50% when wet and 30% when dry. In addition, wool has excellent moisture wicking properties, pulling moisture into the core of the fiber so that it doesn't feel wet or soggy to the wearer. Wool pulls moisture away from the skin, as well, and is worn by people in a wide variety of situations who prefer the feeling of dry air next to the skin to the clammy sense of perspiration
• Wool is favored for textile production because it is easy to work with and takes dye very well. The springy fibers remember shapes when well cared for. • This white wool coat is warm, versatile, and easy to care for. I'm a teacher & I needed a warm coat for recess duty in Michigan. This coat has exceeded my expectations! • I purchased this white wool coat right before the freezing cold days hit this winter and it was the best thing I could have done!!! It's nice and long and very warm, but it's not heavy. This coat is comfortable, soft. Mine has worked just fine. I've had lots of compliments on this coat since I got it, too

• I purchased this white wool coat for a Septemper trip to London. Being able to reverse the coat was absolutely perfect for the weather. The wool look is elegant but also works well with jeans. It's a wonderfully versatile coat and I highly recommend it.

• The material is light and will be warm enough for a cold winter. The coat is thick with substance. The color is a slightly whiter than the picture shows, but it does not take away from the beautiful styling of this coat. The pleats are in all the right places and does not look too full in the skirt even with it unbuttoned. The size is true to the size chart.

• This is a pretty white wool coat, it is prettier than it looks here. It has a classy casual look. I am btw sm-m and got an m which fits very well. I don’t think it is for the freezing days but will do for most fall and some winter days, we'll see. I like it so far.
