How to Dress Comfortably for Yoga:- Kick your shoes. Yoga is practiced barefoot, with very few exceptions. You will be more comfortable and agile without shoes weighing you down
- Wear short shorts. Well, relatively short shorts. Long baggy shorts are a bad idea for yoga. Not only will they be in the way during some moves, but they will slide right down as your leg goes up. This is a little too revealing for yoga apparel
- Suit up with a unitard. Although these one-piece wonders are usually worn by the more devoted yoga crowd, this kind of apparel is a good option for flexibility
- Give yourself a spandex shopping spree. Spandex clothing is very common apparel for yoga. Not only is it flexible, but it also stays in place. You don't have to worry about revealing body parts with spandex clinging to your thighs
- Free your arms and shoulders with a tank top. Tanks are cheap and comfortable, and just as common as spandex when it comes to yoga apparel
- Be comfortable. Any yoga guru will agree--the most important thing to remember when choosing yoga apparel is comfort. If you can't relax, you might as well skip the class

04-23-2011- Other Thoughts: I bought 4 pairs, they fit like a glove. Get a size smaller, because they will stretch slighty. They are not as tall as some wrote. I am 5ft 5inch, 140lbs and I bought the size small.

03-25-2011- Other Thoughts: ordered these for gym pants. Nice length. I am 5'5" but have to buy things for someone who is 5'7", because I have long legs, and these were perfect. The material is thin though, we shall see how long they last.

03-05-2011- Other Thoughts: Love these pants, I had bought a pair a few months ago & ordered 2 more I love them so much. I wear a size 16 but found the large fit great rather than an extra large. They are a little long even with sneakers on. Not to thin that any unsightly bumps show through & I actually find them flattering.

02-24-2011- Other Thoughts: I'm wearing Half Sleeve Suit now and I am going to order more. I am 5'9 and have wide hips and a narrow waist and they fit great and feel great. I already did some stretching in them and am so pleased to find this product that works for my body type.

01-27-2011- Other Thoughts: I liked these Women Yoga Suit so much I went back and got a second pair. I bought my usual size. The flare at the bottom is flattering, makes them look like pants more than leggings. I like how they are a close fit on the thighs, not as baggy as sweatpants. I wear these hiking as well as for yoga

01-08-2011- Other Thoughts: I'm 5'10 and have a 34" inseam and these pants are perfect. Even after I washed AND dried them they didn't shrink up like nearly every single one of my other yoga pants have done. They still come down below my ankles but not too long. I'm buying Women Yoga Suit more now.
